A SPLENDID BARGAIN,
The undersigned offers for sale a good farm of 200 acres, 150 of
which is under fence and 100 under cultivation. On it is a good
well of water, a log house with 2 rooms, a smoke house, stabling
for 5 horses, besides other out buildings. It will be sold at $20
per acre, including 20 acres of good corn, a combined reaper and
mower, 1 two horse cultivator, 1 breaking plow and some other
farm implements. The land is situated three miles south-east of
the depot at Centerville, on the county road to Moulton. I have
also 210
acres of good grass land at $12.50 per acre, located five miles
from the depot, on the county road. The entire track is underlaid
with coal.
