Hogs have fallen off to $4.50, a drop of $1.25 in a short time.
Property change. Postville real estate goes whether times are hard or not. Wm. MOTT has sold his desirable residence, on the corner of Tilden and Summer street, to C.A. ABEL, the purchase price, as we understand, being $1,500.
Ira HAZLETON has been visiting here several days recently.
Mrs. H.B. HAZLETON left on Tuesday with her son Ira, to make her home with him at Albert Lea. Mrs. HAZLETON's many friends, including the Review, wish her a long lease of life and health.
Miss Cora STRIKE spent last Sunday at home in New Hampton.
The genial countenance of Walter CHRISS was visible here yesterday.
Mrs. Jas. McKINLEY has a great auction sale Dec. 2nd.
H.P. DAWES remembers us with a yam almost as large as a pumpkin.
J.M. THOMA will salt the south side of town having put in a carload of this seasoning commodity.
Mr. and Mrs. STRONG, of Fayette, parents of Mrs. T.V. HUNT, were visitors at the Profs. over Sunday.
Misses Nellie LAVELL and Mellie MORIARTY have closed their dress making shop until after the holidays.
Mrs. H.B. TAYLOR is expected home tomorrow after a two months absence. She will be quite a stranger here.
Mrs. HARMAN has been very sick with pneumonia for several days. Her many friends hope a speedy recovery.
Dr. FLYNN has located here. His office and residence is over the shoe store.
MARRIAGE.
At the Methodist Episcopal Church parsonage, Decorah, Nov. 15th, 1893, Rev. F.P. SHAFFER officiating, Mr. Edward W. GREEN and Miss Maggie E. BOLLMAN, both of Castalia. The Review extends its warmest and most heartfelt congratulations.

DEATH.
We regret to learn of the death of Mrs. C.F. RATHMAN, which occurred at her home at Flandreau, Minn. Nov. 10th, of typhoid fever. Mrs. RATHMAN was an old and respected resident of Postville, Her age was 57 years.
