J.M. HARRIS is reported as slowly improving, with hopes of ultimate recovery. It is expected he will have to remain in Chicago a couple of months at least.

Jack PHILLIPS is gradually improving and he hopes to be in his shop attending business soon.

Wilber DRESSER ran the tine of a pitchfork through his thumb on Wednesday.
