Our old employee and friend, Don HARDIN, is winning laurels as a comedian. The Sibley Gazette gives him the following notice: "The company represents some good talent, among which is Don Hardin. In his role as "Percy Perry" in "Pique" on Monday he proved himself a comedian of no little ability...."

The following will be the Phil Sheridan base ball club for 1889:

Our old democratic friend, Geo. W. PEARSON, was up from Hardin on Wednesday, and as usual made this office a call. His health seems improved and we hope he may live to vote for several more democratic candidates for president, but at the same time we hope his vote will not be the deciding one.
