Returned Service Men
Entertained By Legion

Seven Adams County soldiers, home from the battle fronts and prison camps of World War II, were guests of Qurcq Post No. 117, American Legion, at their regular meeting at the Legion Hall in Corning Thursday evening. The guests included Lt. Arthur Day, S. Sgt. John Day, Lt. Paul Marlatt, Pfc. Leo Alford, Pfc. Chas. Lawrence, Cpl. John Jones and Seaman Bernard Sullivan.

After the regular business meeting of the Legion each of the guests was introduced and each gave a short talk on their war experiences and also answered many questions. Later in the evening a fine lunch was served.
