Visit a link to the left, right-click the image and "Save As..." to your website folder, then upload it to your website.
While there, right-click outside of the image and click "View page source. Cut the code (Ctrl-C) marked

If you saved your neighboring counties image to a different path, change

to the path you uploaded your neighboring counties image to.
