   Morris children

KlarSince you probably have Pam Whitmore Koch's book regarding the Morris children of the Orphan Train, you most likely have the picture of the 5 children that was taken in 1896. Mr. Klar, Tessie's foster father, had the picture taken to send to the New York Children's Aid society and to their father, Charles Morris, of New York City. I am attaching a picture of John and Elisabeth Klar with their foster child, Theresa Morris, that we believe to have been taken around 1894. I hope you will be able to use this on your website.

In this past year, we have located the brother of Charles Morris aka Pasqual Maresca who was the father of the 5 Morris Siblings. We are still researching to locate the burial place of Charles Morris and his wife, Margaret "Maggie".
