WABASHA, MN -- Andrew C. Silber, 28, Wabasha, MN, formerly of Little Falls, MN, died Tuesday, Dec. 17 at his home following a lifelong battle . with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Funeral Services will be held at T.30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 20 at St. John Lutheran Church, Nashua.

Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Nashua.  

Visitation was from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19 and will also be from 9 a.m. to noon on,Friday, Dec. 20 at Chenowefh and Son Funera Home, Nashua. Further  visitation will be held one hour prir to services at the church an Friday.

Andrew was born Dec. 20, 1973 in Pocahontas, the son of Gordon and Sylvia (Burnett) Silber. He graduated from Little Falls Community High School, Little Falls, MN in 1973. He moved with his family to rural Wabasha, MN in June of 2002.

Survivors include his parents, Gordon and Sylvia (Burnett) Silber, Wabasha, MN; four brothers, Alan (Julie) Silber, Rochester, MN, Rex (Sue) Silber, Farmington, MN, Chris (Lisa) Silber, Farming-ton, MN and Ben (Sean) Silber, Blaine, MN; one sister, Teresa Silber, Upsala, MN and his maternal grandmother, Dorothv Burnett, Charles City.

Preceding him in death were his paternal grandparents, Emil and Sophie Silber and his maternal grandfather, Roger Burnett.
