Virgil was born in New Hampton an Sept. 25, 1904. He married Treva Upham on May 28, 1934. He was retired from Sun Oil Company and moved to Florida in 1982 from Des was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Casselberry, FL.

Survivors include his wife, Treva; one daughter, Patricia Goodman, Longwood, FL; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a sister-in-law, Pearl Seery, New Hampton.
