NEW HAMPTON - Tyler James Ronnei, 16 month old son of Trevor Ronnei and Jaime Schwier of New Hampton died Friday, June 21, 2002 accidentally at his home.

Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 25 at Trinity Lutheran Church, New Hampton with Rev. Kevin Frey and Rev David Bergstrom officiating. Music for the service will be provided by Dennis Strum as organist with the congregation singing “Jesus Loves Me", “Borning Cry" and “Hymn of Promise". Crossbearer for the service will be Paul Schwier.

Interment will be in New Hampton City Cemetery with Eric Zack, Josh Knutson, Kipp Jones and Andy Geerts as pallbearers.

Visitation was from 4-8 p.m. Monday, June 24 at Hugeback Funeral Home, New Hampton where there was a 7 p.m. Video Memorial Tribute. Further visitation is an hour prior to the funeral at the church.

Tyler was born Feb. 23, 2001 in New Hampton. He will always be remembered for his bravery with the three surgeries he had undergone. His great love was “Blues Clues" sleeping every night with his big Blues Clues pillow. Tyler's best friend was D.O.G. Even though Tyler lived a short life, he was loved a lifetimes worth. A little flower to us was given to bud on earth and bloom in heaven.

Survivors include his parents, Trevor Ronnei and Jaime Schwier, New Hampton;    maternal grandparents, Scott and Karen Schwier, New Hampton, Fran Ingalls, Parker, SD and Lynn and Donnabeth Schwier, Cherokee;    paternal grandparents, Helen and Tom Geerts, North Washington and Lad and Cheryl Ronnei, Fredericksburg; paternal great-grandparents, Paul Ronnei, New Hampton, Normadge Plummer, Fredericksburg and Elmer and Charlotte Heying, New Hampton, Louis Geerts, New Hampton; aunts, Alana Schwier, Nina Hoffman, Debbie Heying, Carrie Geerts and Normadge Willison and uncles, Chris Heying, Paul Schwier, Paul, Todd and Andy Geerts, Brandon Hoffman and Jaime House; many great-aunts, uncles and relatives and his best friend D.O.G.

Preceding him in death was his maternal great-grandfather, "Curly" Ingalls; and paternal great-grandparents, Noreen “Nin" Ronnei, Gordon Plummer, Katherine Geerts and Bernice Heying.
