NASHUA - Pearl Griffin, 59, Nashua, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2002 at Methodist Hospital, Rochester, MN.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12 at Hauser Funeral Home, Charles City with Rev. Dennis Niezwaae officiating.

Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Charles City.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11 at Hauser Funeral Home, Charles City and continue Tuesday at the funeral home until time of service.

Pearl Lucille (Janssen) Griffin was born Dec. 7, 1942 in Charles City, the daughter of Carl L. and Louise Cnristine (Zimmerman) Janssen. She raduated from Nashua High chool. On Feb. 25, 1962 she was united in marriage to Eugene Griffin at the Little Brown Church, Nashua. Pearl was a member of the Women's V.F.W. Auxiliary in Nashua, Chickasquares Dancing Club, Nashua Saddle Club and was a 4-H Club Leader.

Survivors include one son, Ron (Victoria) Griffin, Baldwin, WI; one daughter, Becky (Don) Daleske, Littleton, CO; one brother, Gordon Janssen, Morgan, TX; three sisters, Geraldine (Bud) Schultz, Nashua, Doris (Lowell) Hicok, Mason City and JoAnn (Ed) DeGeus, Britt; two sisters-in-law, Marlene Janssen, Waterloo' and Carol Janssen, Charles City, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, in 1995; and two brothers, Roger and Elmer Janssen.
