Services were held on Monday, December 17, 2001 for Wayne C. Bonwell at the Skyview Funeral Chapel on Vallejo, Calif.

Wayne C. Bonwell passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 11 at his home in San Pablo, Calif.

Bonwell was born March 18, 1921 in Greene, Iowa. He was a moulder for Atlas Foundry in Richmond for 45 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in WW1I.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Leola.

Survivors include two sons - Howard V. (Sherri) Bonwell of Troutdale, OR. and Wendell C. (Victoria) Bonwell of San Diego, Calif; two sisters , Gail Cleveland of Chester, Iowa and Merle Wolff of Charles City, Iowa; eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
