The entire book is over 400 pages and is presented here with the permission of the History Committee (specifically Avis Roethler and Sam Kramer). Many thanks to Dick Offerman who patiently scanned the entire book in 2010 and formatted it in Adobe pdf formats that are for the most part searchable. However, there are several portions that are not searchable, so just take your time and read through the book using your Adobe Reader program from which you will be able to print the pages you want.
