David Edward Lombard was the son of Royal P. and Sophia L. (Fay) Lombard.

David Edward Lombard was born in1850 in Ohio. On November 12, 1871, he married Lena (AKA "Lany") Youker.  The marriage certificate is from Greene County, Iowa but the marriage took place in Carroll County, Iowa (per a letter received from the Greene County Genealogical Society dated November 8, 2004. )

Lena passed away first, on December 4, 1898 in Columbus, Ohio.  She was buried in Green Lawn Cemetery there.  David died on March 2, 1916 in Eustis, Florida, but he was buried next to his wife.

Below are some excerpts from Iowa publications.

David and his father, Royal P. (R. P.) Lombard operated the Lake Park House (hotel?) in Spirit Lake Iowa around 1882.  Royal died there in 1884 and is buried in the Lakeview Cemtery in Spirit Lake.

If you need any other information about David Edward and Lena Youker Lombard, please write and I can provide it.  Do you need the names of their children?
