Mahala "May" Catherine Ferguson

   Picture was taken at M.F. Phillips Studio at Hamburg, Iowa in 1892, just before 
her 16th birthday. 
   May was daughter of Joseph Robbins Ferguson and Hiantha Fickes, who lived 
in Fremont County off and on for several years. 
   She had one son, Clyde H. Collins. 
   She married 2nd to Thomas L. Carman. She died 5 February 1942 at Hamburg 
and is buried at Sidney, in the Sidney Cemetery. 

Note:  Mahala Catherine Ferguson was a cousin to the Ringer (see Joseph Edgar Ringer Family)
children. Their mothers were sisters.
