  • The 2nd cemetery in Osceola twp. was platted in 1863, 2 1/2 miles north of Ackley, called the Franklin Street Cemetery. The first one buried in these grounds was Mrs. Ingham, a daughter of William Richardson, one of the pioneers of the township. This cemetery is now known as the Pleasant Hill cemetery.
  • The cemetery is located north of Ackley at 359 Wren Ave. Traveling north on Franklin St. in Ackley, the road becomes Wren Ave. (S56) after leaving city limits.
