Elizabeth WELCH, is a Step Niece, To: Malinda WELCH. Malinda WELCH, is a Step Sister., To: Richard WELCH. Richard WELCH, is the Son Of: Osias WELCH & Besty HARCOURT. Malinda WELCH, is the Daug. Of: Osias WELCH & Elizabeth ROLAND-ROWLAND. I do have many many pictures of William Jefferson JAMES & Elizabeth WELCH., Family Line. This is all I can do for now until I get more information myself then I will update this when I do.

But, I have his brithplace as TN in the 1850 & 1860 Census in McDonough County., Illinois & Henry County., Missouri. But, back in those days it could of been that TN & VA was one place at one time since the Counties did not come together until later in the years.
