Philip Link Is Dead
 
	After Short Illness
 
Philip Link died at Mercy hospital Saturday morning at 10:00 o'clock after an illness of five 
days.  He was born in Germany, December 8, 1846, and had resided in this city since twenty-one 
years old.  He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Martha Link, three sons, John, Jacob and Adam 
Link; three daughters, Mrs. Martha Theobald, Mrs. Anna Hird and Mrs. Mary Oeth, and twenty-two 
grandchildren.
 
The funeral will be held tomorrow morning from the residence, 1366 Elm street, to St. Mary's 
church at 9 o'clock.  Interment will be made in Mt. Calvary cemetery.
