General Order No 89
I. Additional Camps for new Regiments have been established as follows:
  For the 25th Regiment Iowa Infantry, at Mt. Pleasant, to be known as Camp McKean;
For the 29th Regiment Iowa Infantry, at Council Bluffs, to be known as Camp Dodge;
For the 31st Regiment Iowa Infantry, at Davenport, to be known as Camp Herron.
  For the 23d Regiment Iowa Infantry, at Oskaloosa, to be known as Camp Tuttle;
  For the 34th Iowa Infantry, at Burlington, to be known as Camp Lauman.
II. The Regiments will will rendezvous as follows:
  24th and 35th at Muscatine,
25th at Mt. Pleasant,
26th at Clinton,
29th and 32d at Dubuque,
29th at Iowa City,
30th and 36th at Keokuk,
31st at Davenport,
33d at Oskaloosa,
35th at Burlington.
III. The 19th Regiment has been formed at Keokuk.
The 20th Regiment has been formed at Clinton,
The 21st Regiment is full at Dubuque,
The 22d Regiment is full at Iowa City,
The 23d Regiment is full at Des Moines,
The 24th Regiment at Muscatine has companies assigned to fill it up.
The 25th Regiment will rendezvous at Mt. Pleasant. Col Stone, of that Regiment, has orders for the Companies of this Regiment.
