Sourwine Cemetery is in Concordia Township. Take the gravel road to the ISU Electric Power House. This is about 1/2 mile off of old Highway 61.

The hill where the cemetery is located was once used by the town folk as a lookout point from which to spot paddle wheel steamers approaching Burlington from the south on the Mississippi River.
