The
Delaware County Genealogy Society meets on the
4th Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the
Genealogy Room at the Manchester Library, Manchester, Iowa. The
public is welcome to use the Genealogy Room and attend our meetings
with out being a member. Membership is $3.00 annually.
The Genealogy Room is open
to the public Monday - Saturday during regular library hours. It is
not staffed, however, a Delaware County Genealogical Society
volunteer may be there or may be called for assistance.
The Manchester Library is our meeting place,
only. The genealogy department is open to the public. You will need
to sign in at the library desk to get the key to the room. They do
not take telephone calls or take messages for us, nor do they do
genealogical research, their staff is small. |
