Can you help to identify this Gentleman?  The photograph was taken between 1866 - 1880, N. A. Mills(photographer), Dubuque, Iowa.  Orange 2 Cent, revenue stamp on reverse suggesting earliest possible date.. This Gentleman is believed to be (but not certain) a member of one of the following families: Shane, Quirk, Seery, or Kelley.  If you can identify this gentleman please contact the submitter Richard Casey or me.
