Un-named Delaware County Lady

Can you help to identify this Lady? The photograph was taken between 1866 - 1880 by a Dubuque photographer H. A. Jordan, Artist - Dubuque. This would suggest that this individual was born about 1866-1867. This lady is believed to be (but not certain) a member of one of the following families: Shane, Quirk, Seery, or Kelly.
