LEN TONEY

Len Toney, son of William Anderson and Martha Arvin Toney, was born Sept. 4,

1892, and passed away Sept. 19, 1966, at the age of 74 years and 16 days.

He was united in marriage to Edna Williamson June 21, 1922. To this union

three children were born: Dolly Marie Dickinson of Russell Iowa, Dale Edferd

(deceased), and Doyle Dean of Decatur, Iowa.

Survivors include his daughter Dolly and son Doyle; two daughters-in-law;

Rosetta Toney Koger of Lamoni and Lois Toney of Decatur; a son-in-law;

Leonard Dickinson of Russell, Iowa; seven grandchildren, Douglas and Randy

of Russell, Iowa, Beverly, Judy, and Ray Toney of Lamoni, and Vicky and Gary

of Decatur, Iowa; also two brothers, William and James Toney, both of

Lamoni.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father, sister, brother, two

half-sisters and his son Dale. Len spent his entire life in Decatur County.

He had retired from farming, due to his health.

He was' a loving father and will be greatly missed by his relatives and

friends.
