DEWEY NEWLIN, the little four-year-old son of D.B. and VONA NEWLIN, died at the home in Woodland Township on Monday, April 28, from that dread disease, diphtheria, being the second death in the family since March l7, when their six-year-old daughter died. Their other little girl had the disease, but recovered.

The funeral services were held on Tuesday, conducted by Elder A.E. Hatch. MR. and MRS. NEWLIN have the sympathy of the community in their double bereavement.
