Died, of peritonitis, Feb. 5, l905, in her home in Grand River Township,
ZELDA AURELIA MCCRUMB, aged l0 years, 3 months and 8 days.

ZELDA was an unusually bright and intelligent child. She was well
advanced in all her studies and was especially well informed in the holy
scriptures. She had consecrated her young heart to God and it was her
particular delight to study his Word. Her life was beautiful and her
piety of the purest type.

She testified almost in her last moments to her peace of heart and her
acceptance with God. It must be sweet in childhood to render the spirit
back to God who gave ere it had been tainted or marred by contact with
sin.

The funeral services were held in the home and her remains rest in the
Elk Cemetery.
