Her last words were to her son DAN and were "what a friend I have in Jesus."

--S.L. COX.

I stand upon the brink
Of three score years and ten;
You ask me "Would I live
Those vanished years again?"

The conflicts have been sharp,
Temptations have been strong
Could I again endure
Those battles fierce and long?

I faltered and I fell,
Arose and plodded on;
The Lord Himself upheld,
I could not stand alone.

I'm drawing near the goal
Of everlasting rest;
Already gleams in sight
The city of the blest.

This is my earnest prayer,
Uphold me lest I fall;
Lord, hold my hand in thine,
I trust to thee my all.
