HARRY B. HAMILTON, son of W.B. and EUNICE E. HAMILTON, was born at
Decatur, Iowa, Feb. l9, l883, died at the home of his parents in Des
Moines, Iowa, July l9, l90l, aged l8 years and 5 months. Death was
caused by quick consumption. HARRY was a kind and obedient son and
affectionate brother. The parents, two brothers and one sister with
many friends, mourn the loss of the bright and cheerful life. Those who
knew him can give the best testimony of his life. To know HARRY was to
love him. Through his months of suffering he was patient and did not
murmur, but always had a smile for those coming to see him.

The funeral services were held in the Palestine Church Sunday, July
2lst. A large number of friends and relatives were assembled to pay the
last tribute of respect to the departed one. While the family is
removed from our midst still they have the heartfelt sympathy of the
many friends living here around their old home.

Our sweetest joys here banish all,
And fade like hues at even;
Our brightest hopes like meteors fall--
There are no tears in Heaven.

The mourner sad, who, drowned in grief
Hath long in sorrow striven,
Shall find at last a sweet relief--
There are no tears in Heaven.
