MRS. GEORGE W. HORTON, daughter of MR. and MRS. B.F. KOGER, departed this life July l5, l90l, in California. She was married to her now heart-broken husband Feb. l8, l900. A little daughter preceded her only a few days. She was converted when fourteen years of age, and joined the M.E. Church South. She always had a child-like faith in God. She was a kind and loving wife. A father, mother, four sisters, three brothers, husband and many friends mourn her loss, but not as those who have no hope.

Dearest loved one we have laid thee
In the peaceful grave's embrace;
But thy memory will be cherished
Till we see thy Heavenly face.
