OBITUARY - LILLIE GOODSON.

LILLIE GOODSON was born in Garret, Ills., June 22, l880 and died at her
home near Leon, Iowa, April l9, l900, aged l9 years, 9 months, 27 days.
She came to this state with her parents eight years ago and has grown to
womanhood in our midst. She united with the M.E.
Church at the age of l0 years and tried faithfully to be true to her
vows.

She had been earnestly working to obtain an education. Having completed
her education in the country school, she had been planning to take a
course of study at her old home in Tuscola, Ills. These plans are all
broken and another home is left desolate.

LILLIE's last days were full of suffering but even when her cheerful,
sunny disposition prevailed and her thoughts were only of those around
her, she had no fear for the future. With her all was well. She will
be greatly missed in her home, among her school mates and her circle of
friends.
