CLARENCE FREDRICK FROST was born in Decatur County, Iowa, October lst, l884, and died February l0th, l902, being l8 years, 4 months and l0 days of age. The deceased was the second son of MR. and MRS. WILLIS FROST, of Leon, Iowa, and leaves behind a father, mother and two brothers to mourn his loss. Two sisters having preceded him in death. The subject of this sketch has always borne an excellent reputation and was much beloved by his family. His untimely death has been a severe shock to his loved ones.

Funeral services were conducted at the parental home 2 l/2 miles southeast of Leon, by Rev. I.N. Woodward, Pastor of the M.E. Church, on Thursday, February l3, at l0 o'clock, a.m. Interment was made at the Shy Cemetery.

Dearest loved one we've laid thee
In the peaceful grave's embrace
But thy memory will be cherished
Till we see thy Heavenly face."
