A very sad accident happened Monday, October 25th, at the farm of J.
LITTLE, not far from Andover, Mo. EDWARD DRISKIL, son of ELMER DRISKIL,
a young man l9 years old, was found dead in the barn, supposed from
appearances to have been kicked by a horse.  He had been gone from the
house about an hour and the family thinking he had stayed too long went
to see and was horrified to find him dead and almost stiff.

The remains were brought to Davis City and the funeral services
conducted by REV. SYLVESTER at the Union Church, after which the remains
were laid away by the side of that of a little sister in the Davis City
Cemetery to await the resurrection morn.  May he rest in peace.
