CORA BELLE CARTWRIGHT, daughter of MR. and MRS. W.T. CARTWRIGHT, was
born in Davis City, January 23, l879, and died of consumption at her
home in High Point Township, July 7, l90l, aged 22 years, 5 months and
l4 days. She leaves her parents, four brothers and three sisters, all
of whom were present at her bedside except HARRY who is in Joplin, Mo.

She has been afflicted for the past five months but in all her
sufferings she was patient and cheerful. She called each member of the
family to her bedside and bade each one a last good-bye, begging them
not to grieve for she was ready to go and wanted rest. She leaves a
host of friends to mourn her loss.
