I. N. W. Cooper Dead.

News was received here, Tuesday, of the death of I. N. W. COOPER of Independence, Mo. Mr. COOPER lived for several years on a farm five miles southwest of here. Leaving the farm, he was for a number of years a resident of Lamoni before moving to Independence.

Isaac N. W. COOPER was born in Lancaster county, Pennsylvania, on March 18, 1840; died at Independence Mo., Sunday, August 5, 1906.

In the early summer of 1893 the deceased was thrown from a buggy, and, striking his head and shoulders, received injuries to his spine from which he never recovered, being an invalid till his death. Death to him must have come as a sweet relief after having suffered so many years.

He leaves a wife, two sons and five daughters to mourn. Of the funeral we are not informed.
