EDWIN PEARL CAVE died at the home of his parents, MR. and MRS. EDWARD CAVE, north of Decatur City, on Feb. 2l, l902, aged l5 years, l0 months and 22 days. He died of that dread disease, hemorrage of the cappilaries. PEARL has only recently, apparently recovered from a siege of pneumonia and seemed to be gaining strength. He had been to Leon once and also out hunting. After hemorrage began its activity, quickly was the life taken from the home. He was a loving and affectionate brother and son. In his death a flower has been plucked from youth's fair and pure state in the garden of life.

The deceased was a neighbor boy of the writer who preached the funeral at the Decatur Church of Christ, the following Sunday at 11:30 a.m. Interment was made in the Decatur Cemetery. the family have the heartfelt sympathy of a host of friends in this lonely hour.
