Obituary ~ Lloyd D. Caldwell

Leon, Decatur County, Iowa
Thursday, February 21, 1901

LLOYD D., the little son of MR. and MRS. ROBERT CALDWELL, died in this city early Monday morning [February 18, 1901], aged 2 years, 6 months and 17 days, his death being caused by pneumonia. The funeral services were held from the residence Tuesday afternoon, services being conducted by Rev. Joseph Stephen and the little body was laid to rest in the Leon Cemetery. Music at the funeral was furnished by a quartet composed of Mrs. C.E. Gardner, Miss Louise Waight, Messrs. Harry Vogt and Dr. Rowell, the music being furnished by Messrs C.E. Gardner, (?) M. Kohler, Geo. E. Hurst and (?) H. Schenck.
