MR. FRED L. CONREY and MISS MAUD J. BOWMAN were quietly married at the M.E. Parsonage last Thursday evening by Rev. Hughes. The groom is one of Leon's rising young men, at present the popular and efficient deputy postmaster. His bride is a daughter of MR. JOHN W. BOWMAN, and was born and raised right here in Leon where she has many friends. The happy young couple were all prepared to go to housekeeping in the cozy cottage built by Henry Otten at l0th and Poplar Streets. The best wishes of The Reporter are added to the hearty congratulations of their host of friends. May they live long and prosper.
