On last Thursday evening at 8 o'clock occurred the wedding of MR. HARRY STANLEY to MISS ALTA HINKLE at the home of the bride's parents MR. and MRS. C.M. HINKLE in the west part of town. Mayor L.H. Shoemaker pronouncing the words that made them as one. The affair was a quiet one, only a few of the intimate friends and members of the family being present. After the ceremony the guests were invited to partake of a bountiful repast to which all did justice.

The happy couple left for Mt. Ayr Friday, where MR. STANLEY is farming, where they will make their future home. The Advance joins their many friends in wishing them smooth sailing as they launch out on the matrimonial sea.
