Married, at the home of the bride's parents in Decatur City, Saturday, Dec. 25, l897, MR. HOWARD SPRY to MISS ESTA BENTON. Rev. Joseph Edwards officiating.

Only the intimate friends and relatives were present. After the ceremony and congratulations a delicious dinner was served.

The groom is a stranger to most of us but highly esteemed by all who know him, his home being in Mt. Pleasant. MR. SPRY is a cancer doctor and is welcome in our midst.

The bride is a daughter of MR. and MRS. R.G. BENTON, of Decatur City. A merry Christmas and happy New Year is the wish of the writer.
