Yesterday at high noon at the pleasant home of MR. and MRS. J.M. ASHBURN, at Tuskeego, occurred the marriage of MR. JOHN H. SINCOE and MISS MARY E. ASHBURN, the ceremony being performed by Rev. Lemon, Pastor of the U.B. Church at Kellerton, in the presence of a large number of the friends and relatives of the contracting parties.
After the hearty congratulations of those present a sumptuous wedding repast was served. The bride is the daughter of MR. and MRS. J.M. ASHBURN, one of the best known and most highly respected families of the west side of the county, a young lady eminently qualified to fill the requirements of a true helpmate to the man who has won her. The groom is a young farmer of sterling worth, upright and industrious, and this worthy young couple start on life's voyage with bright prospects. That never a cloud shall come over them is the wish of all who know them.
MR. and MRS. SINCOE will go to housekeeping at once on the groom's farm, west of Tuskeego, just over the line in Ringgold County. The Reporter joins with their many friends in extending heartiest congratulations.
