Last evening at 8 o'clock, at the residence of the bride's parents, in Garden Grove, occurred the marriage of MR. MARK MILLER SHAW, and MISS HARRIETT W. PAXTON, the ceremony being witnessed by a large number of friends.

The bride is the youngest daughter of MR. and MRS. J.W. PAXTON, one of the highly esteemed families in Garden Grove. Educated and accomplished, a most beautiful and charming young lady, she will fittingly grace the home of the husband of her choice.

The groom is one of the many bright young business men who have grown to manhood in this county, at present engaged in the banking business at Van Wert, where he is rapidly building up a fine business.

The happy young couple will shortly go to housekeeping in a cozy cottage recently purchased by MR. SHAW in Van Wert. A host of warm friends extend congratulations to this worthy young couple and wish them long life and much happiness with never a cloud to mar life's sunshine.
