MARRIED.

ROGERS-DILLON - Saturday evening a quiet wedding occurred at the home of Robert POINTER of Blythesdale, Mo., when Roy ROGERS of Eagleville and Amy A. DILLON of Lamoni were united for life by Justice Otto WILSON.

The groom is a telephone operator at Eagleville and first became acquainted with his bride over the telephone. The bride is the daughter of James D. and E. J. DILLON and has lived in Lamoni all her life. For the last seven years she has lived with her parents at the central office here and for the past year has been an employee of the telephone company.

The happy couple came up and took dinner with the bride's parents, Sunday, then went to Eagleville, where they will be at home to their many friends at the central office.

The Chronicle extends congratulations.
