Wednesday evening, Feb. 23, l900, at the residence of REV. I.N. MILLSAP, Ellston, Iowa, occurred the marriage of MR. W.H. PHILLIPS and MISS IDA M. MILLSAP, both of Decatur County. The ceremony was performed by REV. MILLSAP in the presence of a few relatives and friends of the contracting parties.

MISS MILLSAP is an amiable and accomplished young lady. MR. PHILLIPS is a thrifty young farmer of Decatur County and they start upon their journey through life accompanied by the best wishes of all. They will commence house keeping immediately on a farm near Decatur. Their many friends in this county extend their heartiest congratulations.
