On Thursday evening May 23d, there was a quiet home wedding at the home of Aunt JANE LENTZ in Woodland Township, the contracting parties being her youngest daughter, CLARA and MR. E.M. PATTON, of Elmwood, Neb., the ceremony being performed by Rev. W.C. Williams of Leon.

After the congratulations of the assembled friends the guests sat down to a sumptuous wedding supper prepared by Aunt JANE and she has a wide reputation as a cook, one of the best in the State.

This worthy young couple will make their home on the LENTZ Homestead and many friends extend hearty congratulations. The groom comes from Nebraska, but has resided in this county for several months. He is a sturdy and industrious young man and has won one of the best young ladies in the county for his bride. May they live long and prosper is the wish of all their friends.
