After the vows were plighted and the numerous relatives and friends present had congratulated the happy young couple, all repaired to the dining room where a beautifully decorated and ladened banquet table was spread. The afternoon was spent with music of various kinds and conversation. Many beautiful and useful presents were received by the bride and groom as pleasant reminders of the affection and esteem of relatives and friends.
