Married.

Glenn H. McVicker of Eagle Grove, Iowa, and Miss Janie L. Hartshorn of this place were united in marriage Christmas Day, Saturday, December 25, 1909, at nine a.m. at the residence of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. B. Hartshorn in Lamoni, Iowa. Elder Eli Hayer performed the ceremony. After the words had been spoken which united these two happy young people and congratulations had been given by those present. All repaired to the dining room where an excellent wedding breakfast was served.

The groom is a prominent young man of excellent character and the bride is one of Lamoni's most respected and talented young ladies. After a few weeks' visit with relatives near Kansas City, Mo., and at Lamoni, Iowa, they will go to their home at Eagle Grove, Iowa, where they will reside on a farm near the town.

The Chronicle and their many friends extend hearty congratulations and wish for this worthy couple a prosperous and happy life.
