'KANSAS WEDDING BELLS'
~~~~~~~~~~~~
When two parties of the opposite sexes who have been giving devoted and
undivided attention to each other for a considerable time, slip away,
one at a time, to the home of some relative of the gentler and fairer
one, everybody, "who has arrived at the age of accountability," knows
what it means.
So, when MISS MARY BRENIZER, the daughter of MR. OLIVER BRENIZER,
slipped quietly away to Kansas, to "visit the home of an aunt", sometime
ago, and was followed by MR. HARRY YOST, of the hardware firm, Grenawalt
& Yost, leaving his partner alone, nursing a wounded foot, everybody
"knew" what was about to occur--and they were right.
MR. HARRY YOST and MISS MARY BRENIZER were married at the home of her
aunt, at Partridge, Kansas, Wednesday, Nov. 2, l904, at 8 p.m.
They returned to Lamoni Monday and were welcomed by their numerous
friends, who showered them with congratulations and good wishes.
They will be at home in the property where the bride has for sometime
past kept house with her father.
