At the residence of the bride's mother, MRS. MARIA PARIS, in High Point

Township, last Wednesday evening at 7:30 o'clock, FRANCIS E. WARRINGTON

and MISS NANNA PARIS were married by Rev. I.N. Woodward, Pastor of the

Garden Grove M.E. Church. The wedding was a quiet affair only the

relatives and a few intimate friends being present. Miss Estella Talman

of Leon, an intimate friend of the bride, performed the wedding march.

After the ceremony, the guests were invited to the dining room where an

elegant wedding supper had been prepared. The newly married couple will

reside on a farm in High Point Township, two miles from Garden Grove

where they are at home to friends.

The groom is one of the most highly respected young men of his

neighborhood and has the ability, enterprise and vim so necessary to

success in his calling. The bride has been for some time one of Decatur

County's best school teachers and is well known in Leon, where she

attended high school before taking a course in the State University at

Iowa City.
