B. MILROY RUSSELL, of Lamoni, and MISS EVA CATHARINE CASH, daughter
of
MR. and MRS. WILLIAM CASH, were married Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock
at the bride's home in Burrell Township, Rev. A. Knoll, Pastor of the
Davis City M.E. Church officiating. The wedding was a quiet affair,
only relatives and a few intimate friends being present.
Immediately following the services, a wedding breakfast was served.
The
happy couple left on the K. & W. passenger for a tour through Kansas
and
the west. They will be at home after July l5th at their residence in
Lamoni.
The bride is a handsome and accomplished young lady and represents one
of the oldest and best families in the county. She is popular among
her
friends and is well worthy of the man of her choice.
The groom is well known to the readers of this paper. He has
successfully practiced law at Lamoni for a number of years and is a
rising member of his profession. He is deservedly popular with all
who
know him. The JOURNAL joins with the many friends of this worthy couple
in extending hearty congratulations and in wishing them a long life
of
happiness.
