WALTER PATTERSON and MISS BERTHA ELSTON were united in marriage, Tuesday

evening, Sept. 27, l898, at the home of the bride's parents in Davis

City, by Rev. W.H. Hamilton.

Both of these young people are residents of Decatur County and by their

excellent traits of character have won the admiration of all who know

them. Both are earnest workers in the church and we pray Heaven's

choicest blessings to rest upon them as they traverse the road between

the two great eternities.
